Lenovo intros five new ThinkVision monitors

Soon after kicking ThinkVision L220x (pictured), Lenovo has announced five new LCDs for "business users." The star attraction of the lot is the 19-inch L193p which boast EPEAT Gold rating. Don't know what that means? The EPEAT Gold rating ensures "high quality, environmentally responsible products." According to the firm, the L193p uses more than 25% post-consumer recycled content in its plastic parts. It comes with 5ms response time, 160/160 degrees viewing angle, and support for (HDCP).

The 19-inch ThinkVision L190x, measuring only 6.6mm, boasts slimmest bezel in the industry. It features 1500:1 contrast ratio, color gamut to create vivid colors, and four USB ports. It also allows users to switch from portrait to landscape mode easily with the monitor's automatic rotation function.

The 19-inch ThinkVision L194w offers 16x10 wide viewing experience, 1000:1 contrast and support for HDCP. The L171 is a 17-inch display featuring 1280 x 1024 resolution, 300 cd/m2 brightness, and 500:1 contrast. The 15-inch L151 monitors provides 1024 x 768 resolution, 250 cd/m2 brightness, and 450:1 contrast.

The ThinkVision L193p, L190x, L194w, L171 and L151 monitors will be available from November for $299, $379, $259, $239 and $199 respectively.
