Looks like this week is dedicated to Japanese USB sub-monitors. Just yesterday we saw Buffalo's External USB monitor, and today Century came up with its own -- big bro to Century 4.3" display. The major difference between Buffalo' and Century' displays lies in their designing schemes. While Buffalo's monitor looks like a monitor, Century's monitor looks more like a tablet. Also, this one's an 8incher. The Plus One (LCD-8000U) offers an 8-inch SVGA (800x600 resolution) LED backlit screen and gets connected to a PC using traditional USB port. It also offers 250cd/m2 brightness, and 50/70 degrees viewing angle. The display costs around $190, which is too high for a sub-monitor. Better to buy a cheap regular size monitor at this price-point.
