Acer unveils eco-friendly LCDs reducing power consumption by 36%
Acer Japan today came out with two new LCD monitors with eco-friendly design. The Acer V193WBbmd and Acer V223WBbmd (pictured above) are energy efficient displays, reducing power consumption by almost 36%. Both of them offers 5ms response time, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, and 300cd/m2 brightness.
As for resolution, the 19″ Acer V193WBbmd provides 1,440 × 900 resolution, while the 22″ Acer V223WBbmd offers higher 1,680 × 1,050 resolution.
The 19incher costs $185, while the 22incher costs $236.
Both of them are now available.
