Chill Innovation announces Chill KB-1RF wireless micro keyboard
Remember the Chill KB-1BT from Chill Innovation? Well, recently the firm unveiled another version of its Chill KB-1BT keyboard in the form of Chill KB-1RF. The earlier version was based on Bluetooth technology, but this one makes use of 2.4GHz wireless technology.
Designed for HTPCs, the new Chill KB-1RF Micro Keyboard comes factory pre-paired with the tiny Nano USB dongle included. Just plug it in your host, and you are in control.
Just like the earlier model, the Chill KB-1RF keyboard sports a small form factor, which reminds you of TV remote control, yet it holds both a fully functional 71 keys keyboard and an integrated touchpad for easy mouse navigation.
As a unique detail, the keyboard also comes with illuminated keys and even an integrated LED flashlight. It is also equipped with several multimedia keys for easy music and movie navigation. The Touchpad direction can even be rotated, so the keyboard can be held and operated with one hand like an ordinary remote.
The small Nano USB 2.4G RF Dongle included provides up to 10 meter range.
