Toshiba to join Blu-ray Disc association!
The leader of yesteryears HD DVD camp has applied for membership of its rival camp Blu-ray Disc Association! Just a year ago Toshiba was fighting against Sony-led Blu-ray, and today Tosh is requesting for a membership of the very same camp. Personal grudges apart, the plan is a pure business decision. As sales of Blu-ray is increasing, it would be good for Toshiba to have a Blu-ray line up to increase its revenue. Word has it Toshiba will soon come out with Blu-ray players.
