Here’s an interesting development in the world of gaming. Microsoft today announced that it has partnered with Games on Demand to provide “on-demand” gaming to Windows users. The software behemoth will be unveiling a LIVE website for accessing and downloading LIVE-enabled titles from the house of Games on Demand.

Thanks to this new service you can download games directly from LIVE library right from computer, and start playing games after easy installation process. What’s more, you can re-install games whenever you want, wherever you want.
“With Games on Demand, we didn’t just want to create a cut-and-paste version of existing digital distribution services,” said Mike Ybarra, General Manager of LIVE Engagement Services. “We challenged ourselves to deliver an integrated platform that takes full advantage of the unique capabilities offered by the LIVE service. Our goal has always been to create a seamless online gaming experience for the Windows community, and Games on Demand is a great step toward that end.”
