Samsung has unveiled a new high capacity 1.8-inch 4200 rpm hard drive. The small form factor and 160GB capacity sounds too good for consumer electronics gadgets. The smaller-than-business-card hard drive will find it's use in camcorders, mp3 players and other devices where space is a major problem.

It features 15ms seek time, and consumes about 1W power. No word on pricing and availability.
