The Taiwanese maker of "world's fastest" SSD is back with a brand new solid state drive family. The latest family under PhotoFast's G-Monster series is the 1.8-inch PATA V3 series of SSD with 128GB storage capacity, and built-in 64MB DRAM to increase efficiency during file access. The SSD also sports fast transfer rate of 100MB/s write and 100MB/s read. No word on pricing.
