Iodata Japan has unveiled their new hard drive which features a storage capacity of 200GB. The HDN-SA200H4 can be used on both, Windows and Mac based PCs. Rotating at 4,200rpm, the 2.5-inch drive features serial ATA interface, and has an electric power consumption of 2W. It boosts NCQ (Native Command Queuing) technology which improves efficiency by optimizing the access of the hard disk. The HDD comes with backup software “HD revolution /BackUp Ver.6”, partition operation software “HD revolution /Partition Lite Ver.1”, automatic backup software “EasySaver LE” and data elimination software “DiskRefresher LE”.

The Iodata hard drive is priced at $322 and will start shipping from January end.
