A-DATA S596 "fastest" SSD launched
A-DATA today quietly launched what it claims is the industry's fastest solid state drive. Called S596, the drive features 2.5" form factor and boast of 250MB/s read speed and 180MB/s write speed. Pretty good for business users.
What's more, thanks to advanced technologies, the drive is able to boot a Windows 7 based computer in under 20 seconds.
In addition, the drive also boast of a mini USB port.
The A-DATA S596 is now available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage capacities.
No word on pricing.
