Trident Space & Defense recently announced its new solid state drives, designed for rugged applications. Thanks to its rugged construction, the Triton FSE (Fast/Secure Erase) SSD will come handy in military and defense applications where data integrity and security is an utmost concern. Beyond its rugged storage design, the Triton FSE SSD has the ability to quickly clear and purge your data and sanitize your information with agency defined algorithms allowing for complete media de-classification.
The 2.5″ SATA / PATA drive is resistant to shock, vibration and temperature extremes, and comes in anodized aluminum alloy case for improved corrosion resistance and durability.
It comes in 128GB storage capacity and provides up to 100MB/sec read speed.
