Transcend JetFlash T3 and V90C usb drives announced
Transcend is back in news with the announcement of two new USB drive. The JetFlash T3 is an “ultra-tiny” drive measuring only 30.2×12.3×2.4mm. Generally compact drives breaks easily, but the company claims T3 is designed to be extra-rugged. The 2g drive uses a special COB (Chip On Board) manufacturing technique that “molds the memory chip and circuit board into the drive’s unbreakable Polycarbonate casing.” It’s available in 1GB and 2GB storage capacities.
The JetFlash V90C is a stylish key-chain flash drive with 4GB capacity. The press release says “the JetFlash V90C is designed for business travelers and people who need to carry data effortlessly while on the move. It is so small that you may even forget that you are carrying a large capacity 4GB flash drive with you.”
