• Toshiba rolls out 2.5″ 640GB hard drive

    Toshiba today announced a new 2.5-inch hard disk drive boasting 640GB storage capacity. The newest Toshiba drive “MK6465GSK” is based on SATA 3Gb/s interface, and provides 5400RPM spindle speed. The drive is also equipped with 8MB buffer.


    It comes in 160GB, 250GB, 320GB, 500GB, and 640GB storage capacities.
    No word on pricing.
