Seagate Showcase storage solution for DVRs with 1TB capacity
Seagate today introduced its Showcase storage solution, a new series of products that extends the storage capacity of your Digital Video Recorder (DVR), so you never have to say goodbye to your favorite movies and television shows. The Showcase comes with up to 1TB storage capacity, which is more than enough to store high-def porn movies. Seagate said that it is also compatible with Motorola’s e-SATA capable HD DVR set-top portfolio.
With 1TB capacity you’ll be able to keep up to 200 hours of additional HD movies or 1,000 hours of additional standard definition television. It features Plug-and-play capability, via standard USB 2.0 or eSATA connection, making setup easy.
Seagate Showcase products will hit stores in the third quarter of 2008.
