This drive died in a few months and is unable to mount.  I think any usb drives tied to a key ring is detrimental due to the damages it causes when the keys hit against the drives repeatedly. 
To add to the their flaws, the PNY drives are not under warranty.  When you look at the back of the packaging, it states to use at your own risk.  Bummer.

DEAD AFTER 2 WEEKS!!!
Although it looks good, this is the worst flash drive I have ever seen. Now it is the most expensive keyring I have ever seen.
Don’t believe the positive reviews, and if you are unfortunate enough to buy a defective item, don’t try to solve it with PNY: the customer service is really bad as well.The CS guy (Hey Jan!) said they didn’t need the defective item, and I just threw it away (sorry, I don’t like trash around my house). A new one should be delivered to me in a few days.Then, after a month with no response from them, I send an e-mail and the same guy says there was a problem in our communications and that I needed to send the defective one to them first in order to receive the new drive.I said I threw it away and asked if, although I had no fault at all in these “communication problems”, the answer was “unfortunately so”.
