Patriot Torqx 256GB SSD
Patriot Memory had recently announced two high capacity 4GB and 8GB memory modules for mobile computers. Today the firm announced a new product for mobile computers that reportedly increases data transfer/access rate. The 2.5-inch SATA Torqx SSD Series features Patriot’s new cutting-edge technology that adds 64MB of DRAM cache in conjunction with its current equipped NAND technology.
The 256GB and 128GB model features sequential read speed of up to 260MB/s and sequential write speed of up to 180MB/s. On the other hand the 64GB version offers read/ write speeds of 220MB/s and 135MB/s respectively.
The Patriot Torqx SSD comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage capacity.
