OCZ Z Drive SSD With 1TB Capacity!
Here’s a new Solid State Drive, product of breakthrough research in MLC technology by OCZ. The Z Drive is the latest to join OCZ’s ssd line up, with a mammoth 1TB storage capacity! The disk is based on MLC technology and features impressive specification including 256MB of local cache. Another interesting thing about this drive is its speed: it provides a maximum read speed of 600MB/s and a maximum write speed of up to 500MB/s. The Z Drive is designed for enterprise users and sports 256MB of DDR II memory with ECC protection, and a PCI-Express x8 interface. No word on pricing.
