MSI Reflex SSD Unveiled

Remember we told you about upcoming MSI SSD a little while ago? Well, that news were bang on mark as recently MSI introduced its first solid state drive in the form of MSI Reflex Series. Based on 25nm synchronous NAND flash, the MSI Reflex SSD is powered by LSI-SandForce SF2281 controller. The drive sports 2.5″ form factor and SATA 6Gb/s interface.

MSI Reflex series will come in three variants — RX-60 with 60GB storage, up to 525MB/s read speed, 495MB/s write speeds and 85,000 IOPS 4K random write performance;  RX-120 with 120GB storage, 550MB/s read speed, 515MB/s write speed, and 90,000 IOPS 4K random write performance; and RX-240 with 240GB storage, 560MB/s read speed, 525MB/s write speed, and 90,000 IOPS 4K random write performance.

Unfortunately there’s no word on pricing and availability.
