Intel 600GB SSD coming next year

Intel has already started strengthening its position in the solid state drive by offering SSDs at lower price-points. If reports on the internet are to be believed then Intel will soon come out with a 600gig solid state drive, that’ll further strengthening its position in this evolving field. Dubbed as Postville Refresh, the new drive will be smaller than 34nm based existing X-25 M drives and will come out in Q4 2010.
Word has it the Postville Refresh will be based on 28nm fabrication process and will boast of many drives ranging between 80GB to 600GB.
