IBM System Storage TS1120 To Provide Solution for Data Privacy
IBM has introduced an encryption drive TS1120 that deliver the world’s first enterprise-class solutions for securing consumer data privacy. With the help of this new drive you can encrypt your data, so in case the data is lost or stolen, it will be unreadable to anyone who finds it. Their new service will provide customers, the ability to share encrypted tapes with their business partners. IBM’s expertise in key management allows customers to ensure that the encrypted tape can only be decrypted by the intended party, and the decryption keys are available when and where they are needed.
