Buffalo SHD-LVS-BK USB SSD Launched
Buffalo today introduced a new usb flash drive, but with solid state drive technology. The newest Buffalo SHD-LVS-BK USB SSD measures just 23 x 10 x 98 mm and is powered by USB 2.0 specification. The device weighs only 17g and comes with 64gig of storage capacity.
Interesting thing about this drive is that it features a physical switch that can prevent old files from being deleted and new files from being written onto the drive.
What’s more, the drive also boast of TurboPC and TurboCopy functions that reportedly boost transfer rates.
The Buffalo SHD-LVS-BK series of USB SSD is available in 4GB ($28), 8GB ($45), 16GB ($77), 32GB ($135) and 64GB ($260) storage capacities.
