BiTMICRO’s E-Disk Altima SSD packs 416GB
BiTMICRO has announced world’s highest capacity solid state drive which is packed in 2.5-inch rugged hard drive enclosure. The E-Disk Altima ATA-133 SSD is designed for military, industrial and commercial users who are looking for faster and bigger storage upgrades. Based on the latest high-density single level cell NAND flash memory chips, the SSD offers up to 416GB (min 4GB) storage capacity and features 133MB/sec read and 100MB/sec write speed.
It’ll be available from March 2008. No word on pricing.
