Apacer AC230 USB 3.0 external hard drive unveiled
The Apacer AC230 is a portable hard drive based on USB 3.0 technology. Small enough to fit in a jacket pocket, the AC230 provides up to 92MBps read speed and 85MBps write speed, taking only 4 minutes to transfer a 20GB high-resolution video.
The drive is powered through USB and features energy-saving technology which puts the drive in to power-saving mode when the drive is idle for 10 minutes.
The Apacer AC230 also features a one-touch backup function that enables users to back up data.
It comes in 500GB, 640GB, and 750GB storage capacities. No word on pricing.
