
NVIDIA today silently updated its graphics card line up with a new GeForce series GPU -- the GeForce 310. The said graphics processing unit is a low end option, with same features as that of GeForce 210. According to the firm, the GeForce 310 is good enough for home users who're looking for a budget graphics solution for game playing, photo/video editing, and HD movie viewing.
The card features 16 CUDA cores, 589MHz graphics core, 1402MHz processor clock, and 500MHz memory clock speed.
Other features include 512MB DDR2 memory, 64-bit memory interface, DirectX 10.1, DVI, VGA, DisplayPort, and HDMI via dongle (DVI-HDMI or DP-HDMI).
