NVIDIA has silently updated its Quadro Mobile family graphics with five new video cards — the Quadro 1000M, 2000M, 3000M, 4000M, and 5010M. Interesting thing about these new GPUs is that they’ll power the next generation notebook computers and significantly improve graphics performance compared to earlier generation video cards. Featuring twice the number of CUDA cores and twice the graphics memory over previous generations, these new Quadro GPUs also incorporate NVIDIA Optimus technology.
Breakdown:
Quadro 1000M: It is a mid-range card with 96 CUDA cores, 2GB DDR3 memory, 128-bit memory interface and 45W TDP. It is designed for 15.6-inch mobile workstations.
Quadro 2000M: It is again a mid-range card designed for 15.6″ mobile workstations. It provides 192 CUDA cores, 128-bit memory interface, 2GB DDR3 memory, and 55W TDP.
Quadro 3000M: It is a high-end card designed for 17″ notebooks. It features 240 CUDA cores, 2GB GDDR5 memory, 256-bit memory interface, and 75W TDP.
Quadro 4000M: Similar to 3000M but with 336 CUDA cores and 100W TDP.
Quadro 5010M: Its an ultimate video card with 384 CUDA cores, 4GB GDDR5 memory, 256-bit memroy interface, and 100W TDP.
