With the launch of NVIDIA Fermi new details regarding newest NVIDIA video cards have surfaced. In addition to launching GT300, NVIDIA plans to launch three Fermi-based graphics card, with all of the supporting DirectX 11. The first one is a single chip powerful video card with 16 clusters and total of 512 shader cores. Another one is a dual GPU version of this same card with little less than 2x 512 shader cores.

The final one is a true high performance card which will easily meet the benchmark set by NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT. It’ll compete directly against ATI Radeon HD5850.
All three should be announced before the end of 2009, with notebooks based on Fermi-based cards coming in late 2010.
