• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480 and GeForce GTX 470 are the first Fermi based GPUs

    We know NVIDIA is working on DirectX 11 supporting Fermi architecture and will be announcing new GPUs based on the same architecture in March. Today the firm updated its twitter account with a very informative tweet — GeForce GTX 480 and GeForce GTX 470 will be the names of the first two GPUs shipped based on NVIDIA’s new GF100 chip!
