NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 graphics card unveiled

Just as we’d reported NVIDIA today unveiled a new GeForce GPU. The latest addition to NVIDIA’s consumer GPU series is called as the GeForce GT 240 and is targeted towards mid-range computing machines. As its a mid range card, it doesn’t support DirectX 11 and sticks to industry standard DirectX 10.1.
Specification:
- 96 CUDA cores
- 550 MHz graphics clock
- 1340 MHz processor clock
- 1700 MHz GDDR5 memory clock
- up to 1GB memory
- 128-bit memory interface
- 54.4 GB/sec memory bandwidth
As for price, it would be less than $100.
