Just couple of months ago NVIDIA had announced its GeForce 200 series. And here’s news regarding newest addition to NVIDIA’s flagship GeForce 200 GPU Series. Though the newest GeForce 200 series card doesn’t support newest generation Microsoft DirectX 11 standard, the GT 240 card is good enough for mainstream users. It is based on 40nm fabrication process, and will replace the aging Geforce 9600 series cards.

Specification include 96 cores, 900MHz GDDR3 memory speed, and support for PhysX.
No word on pricing but it’ll be priced in the range of Geforce 9600.
The NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 graphics card will be launched on November 17.
