• NVIDIA GeForce GT 220, G210 40nm graphics cards up on NVIDIA’s website

    We knew NVIDIA was planning GPUs based on 40nm fabrication process, but we never thought the firm would put up information regarding its latest generation cards so soon. Reportedly, the newest GeForce GPUs are up on NVIDIA’s website for all to see. So what’s special about them? Both of them supports DirectX 10.1, NVIDIA PureVideo, NVIDIA CUDA, and PCI-E 2.0. What’s more, both of them are certified for upcoming Windws 7 operating system.


    The GeForce GT 220 (pictured above) offers DVI, HDMI and VGA, while the GeForce G210 (pictured below) supports DisplayPort, VGA and DVI.
    The GT 220 also provides 48 processor cores, 615MHz graphics clock speed, 1335MHz processor clock speed, 790MHz memory clock, 1GB DDR3 memory, and 128-bit memory interface.
    On the other hand the F210 features 16 processor cores, 589MHz graphics clock speed, 1402MHz processor clock speed, 500MHz memory clock, 512MB DDR2 memory, and 64-bit memory interface.
    Both of them are now available for OEMs.
