NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT graphics card officially announced
So all the inside-news about NVIDIA launching GeForce 9600 GT on 21st February were right on mark as the firm today officially released a new addition in the GeForce series. The 9600 GT, built using 65nm technology, is a mid-range card offering up to 90% performance increase over the comparable GeForce 8600 GTS GPU.
It features core and memory clock speed of 650MHz and 1.8GHz, 512MB of video memory, a shader clock speed of 1.625GHz, and 64 onboard stream processors.
The 9600 GT graphics card is now available for price ranging from $169 to $189.
