AMD to announce dual core HD 3870 X2 graphics card
AMD is planning to unveil a new high-end graphics card which has the ability to go head on with 2x NVIDIA 8800 GTX/Ultra. The HD 3870 X2 is a dual core card with no significant increase in the height, meaning this dual-GPU card will fit it a more compact chassis. The 2x RV670 features 2x 512MB GDDR4 memory, 2x DVI-HDMI adapter, and 750+ MHz frequency.
The card will come in January with price ranging between $400 and $500.
