AMD ATI Radeon E4690 GPU for embedded graphics applications
Advanced Micro Devices today came out with a new graphics processing unit designed for embedded segment. The newest ATI Radeon series GPU is a powerful chip, tripling the performance of previous generation embedded chips. AMD reports that the chip will be very useful for a variety of markets such Arcade system, digital signage, casino, etc. where realistic 3D graphics are very much necessary to garner consumer attention.
