Tranquil MMC-12 media PC now available $1,000!

Remember in the last week we’d told you about a media PC which measures just 1.5-inch tall? Well, the Tranquil MMC-12 media PC is now available for $1,000! So much for a PC which measures just 1.5″ tall, about the form factor of a standard DVD player.

The firm reports that the MMC-12 is the ultimate in HiFi style media centres. and is cut from a single piece of aerospace grade aluminium, and then carefully hand finished to a superb soft textured satin finish.

For $1,000 you get Intel Core i3-2100T processor, 4GB DDR3 memory, 80GB mSATA hard drive, DVD drive, and Windows 7 Home Premium.

Tranquil MMC-12 also provide 2x USB 3.0, 2x USB2.0, Ethernet, HDMI, DVI, Audio and remote controller.
