HP Compaq dc5850 and dx2450 Energy Efficient Business Desktop PCs
HP today updated its Compaq business line up with two new energy-efficient PCs, the Compaq dc5850 and the dx2450. HP said, both of them supports AMD Phenom processor and are packed with smart tools like built-in power management tools, which help customers reduce their energy consumption for lower operating costs and environmental impact. The dc5850 ($619) comes with up to 8GB RAM, ATI Radeon 3100 graphics with support for DirectX 10 technology, 500GB HDD with RAID mirroring, embedded TPM 1.2 security chip, dvd burner, and Vista.
On the other hand the dc2450 ($369) offers 4GB RAM, GeForce 8400 GS or ATI HD 2400 XT graphics, 500GB HDD, dvd burner, and Vista.
