HP a1700 desktop, dv6255, dv6265 notebooks coming soon

With the Windows Vista on the way, the market will be flooded with Vista based PCs. HP is planning the launch of three new products which are timed with Vista' release. The a1700 Pavilion desktop packs an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ processor, 1GB memory, 250GB HDD, a multi-format LightScribe DVD burner, and NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE graphics card (don't you think it's outdated).
The laptop machines, the dv6255ca and dv6265ca comes with 1.6 and 1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processors respectively. They boosts 2GB memory, 160GB hard drive, 15.4-inch WXGA displays, a built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam, and a/b/g WiFi connectivity. The dv6255 is priced at about $1,183, no word on pricing of dv6265ca. I don't know the exact date of their launch, but as they all runs on Vista, you can expect them to be available from 30 January.
