Evesham Technology has launched a Vista based desktop in their famous Solar series. The Solar Storm packs an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, NVIDIA 7900GS graphics card with 256MB of hyper memory, 1GB RAM, 20-inch widescreen TFT monitor, 320GB HDD, and a dual layer DVD player. It also includes a hybrid TV tuner with a remote control for multimedia users, Creative I-trigue speakers and the Logitech Internet Pro cordless keyboard and mouse.

The above mentioned configuration will cost you about $1,961. But if you are not satisfied with it than you can go for upgrade which includes 2GB RAM, 512MB NVIDIA 7950GT graphics and 22-inch Iiyama widescreen TFT Monitor. The upgrades will run you for $589 (don't forget to add it to the cost of basic PC).
