Dell Precision T3400 Desktop PC
Dell has announced a new desktop workstation “to help customers raise their expectations when evaluating mainstream systems.” I guess it’s the second PC, after Shuttle’s SX38P2 Pro, to sport Intel’s latest X38 chipset. As one can expect from a workstation, the T3400 is a complete powerhouse with Intel Core 2 Extreme (1333MHz FSB) processor, up to 8GB 800Mhz ECC RAM, max four hard drives, and NVIDIA Quadro FX 4600 graphics.
Whats more, the Precision T3400 supports dual-graphics configurations and up to four external displays. Its now available with a starting price of $1000.
