Dell OptiPlex 780 USFF and OptiPlex 380 desktops for businesses introduced

The Dell OptiPlex 780 USFF and OptiPlex 380 are energy efficient Intel powered machines with small form factors, providing business and organizations of all sizes a robust, energy efficient platform for flexible, secure and reliable desktop computing. The Dell OptiPlex 780 Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF) is the "world’s smallest fully functional" commercial desktop with integrated power supply and Intel vPro technology. According to Dell, this mainstream desktop PC is ideal for space constrained environments providing durable, ‘mount anywhere’ options and a simplifying all-in-one stand.

It also features Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, GMA 4500 graphics, keyboard, mouse, 90% energy efficient power supply, full disk encryption, built-in Trusted Platform module (TPM), and Windows 7.

On the other hand the OptiPlex 380 is designed for customers in emerging countries and businesses looking for cost-efficient productivity solutions with room to expand as their businesses grow. It is available in three form factors – Minitower, Desktop and Small Form Factor – and boast of easy to service chassis, with tool-less components and DirectDetect LED diagnostic lights; and remote system management with Dell Client Manager.

It also provides up to Intel Core 2 Quad processor, 4GB RAM, 500gig HDD, and 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE.

The Dell OptiPlex 780 USFF and OptiPlex 380 are now available for $629 and $329 respectively.
