Asus has introduced a media PC which uses Intel Viiv Technology. The media PC allows you to access and share stored movies, music and even cable/digital TV via any Internet-enabled device. You can also a recorded TV show via Internet up to 2 weeks in advance. Powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor, the computer provides nVidia 7600GS, 1GB RAM, 250GB hard disk drive, and a 13-in-1 media card reader. The computer features a dual-channel Digital TV tuner by which you can watch one program while you record another, or record two separate programs simultaneously. Also, pause live TV whenever you like and pick up where you left off.

The media PC offers many connections, like HDMI (with HDCP encryption), component (Y/Pb/Pr), DVI, D-Sub, SCART, S-Video and right down to composite (if you’ve got no other choice).
