Asus is well known for its powerful gaming notebooks, but today the firm announced a new gaming desktop that can certainly give the likes of Alienware's a run for their money. The ARES Gaming PC is powered by an Intel Core 2 Extreme processor and boasts NVIDIA’s Quad SLI / ATI CrossfireX graphic technology with support for up to 8GB DDR3 RAM and 4TB hard disk. It also showcases Dual Power power modules and liquid cooling for exceptional stability. What's more, it's sleek design fully encloses and provides protection for the various I/O drives and user interface modules. No word on exact specification, but stay tuned as I am sure more details are around the corner.
