Alienware Area-51 ALX desktop PC

Alienware, one of the leading maker of extreme PCs has launched another high-end gaming rig, the Area-51 ALX. Featuring an Intel Core 2 Extreme processor and NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX SLI graphics processor, it's been specially design to satisfy hard core gamers. It includes the highly innovative AGEIA PhysX, the first-ever physics processing unit due to which visual effects such as how fluids flow and how explosions scatter debris are portrayed much more realistically to greatly enhance gameplay on PhysX-enabled games. The graphics processor is HDCP (High Definition Copy Protection) enabled, which means that these computers will display high definition content. The other specs includes up to 4GB RAM, high definition surround sound audio, up to 3TB hard drive (I still can't believe it) and a Blu-ray player.
The machine comes with 8xUSB ports, 2xFirewire 400, and 4xDVI outputs. It costs about $6400 for a base configuration.
